About Belvedere LLC
Belvedere LLC is a fire and life safety consulting firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. We were founded in 2020 to bring architects, engineers, contractors, and owners the drafting and design, fire code review, 3D modeling, and submittal-ready shop drawings their projects deserve — at a cost-efficient price and a quality end product.
We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and attention to detail. Whenever a model is made available to us, we use it to our client’s advantage — to make sure the end product is not only code-compliant but as aesthetically pleasing as possible. Who says life safety can’t look great?
